Competition for Research Labs in Quantum Technologies and New Functional Materials: Two Weeks Until Application Deadline

We are inviting prospective experimental physicists with comprehensive work experience in the field of quantum nanoscience to participate in the international competition. The candidates should hold a PhD conferred no more than fifteen years ago. The winners will be responsible for building strong research teams that will engage in active research in relevant areas. Starting in 2022, the heads of the laboratories will also be charged with attracting annual co-financing. The winners of the competition will be hired full-time as laboratory heads at the Faculty of Physics for the full duration of the project.

HSE and Joint Institute for Nuclear Research Sign Cooperation Agreement

Their products are used in a range of areas, including pharmaceuticals and medicine, as well as to control the quality of various materials and even in the fight against terrorism.
